Can we use our existing AS2 and TLS certificates?

Yes. SignalPath is designed for customer-owned certificate material, including partner encryption and verification certificates, private signing certificates, custom server trust, and client authentication when a partner requires it.

Do you support synchronous and asynchronous MDNs?

Both delivery modes are part of the platform model, with receipt parsing, signature validation, retry state, and a retained evidence record connected to the original transfer.

Where can files be delivered after an AS2 exchange?

Routes target SFTP and Amazon S3-compatible object storage. The platform keeps delivery logs in the database while the payload follows the configured, tenant-isolated route.

Can we support older partner TLS profiles?

Each partner connection gets an explicit TLS policy. That lets teams maintain compatibility where contractually necessary while isolating and reviewing legacy allowances.
